Help center

Postage is included in the cost of your box. If you order any other items at the same time, they will all be posted together when your box is ready.

Your order will be posted when the subscription boxes are ready.

Usually around the middle of January, April, July and October.

Keep an eye on your inbox for a dispatch email.

Postage may take 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 if you can't wait.

If you include other items as well as a After Dark Box, it will be posted out once those items are ready. If you need something quickly, I recommend placing a separate order.

If you order a Rowan Berry Box at the same time, check the postage date. You might have to wait up to three months. I'm not that patient!
