Order FAQs

Once you have found the item(s) that you wish to purchase, simply click on the product image or title to visit the product page and find all the information you may need. Once you’re happy, click on the ‘Add to basket’ button you see in this page and the item will be added to your basket.

Your basket is permanently on the top right of your screen and it’s constantly updated so that you can check it. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you want to your basket before checking out.

When you are ready to complete your order, click simply click on your basket (top right of the screen) and choose between ‘View Basket’ (if you want to see a summary of your order, or you’ve got a coupon to use) and ‘Checkout’ (if you prefer to skip the summary and proceed straight to the checkout process).

You will receive an order confirmation email, within 12 hours of your order being placed. If you have not received this email, please check your junk mail folder. Alternatively, login to your account to see any processing or completed orders.

When you place an order, we send an order confirmation email to the email address your account is registered to or to the email address you provided during the checkout process, if you don’t have a registered account. This email includes your order number, identified with # (example: # 100232578).

Also, click Log in (at the very top of the page on a desktop or the very bottom on a mobile) and check your ‘Order history’ to find your order number.

For each order listed in the ‘Order history’ section, you can also see detailed information clicking on ‘view order’.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us by post within 30 days from the day the parcel is dispatched. You will be credited with the value of your returned product to your original method of payment. Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of products that have been opened or used. Postage FAQs

We aim to post out orders as soon as possible, often on the same day Monday to Friday.

As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a dispatch email.

Royal Mail collect our parcels at 4 pm each day.

If there are going to be any delays or an item is out of stock, I will send you an email so do keep an eye on your inbox just in case.

If your order includes a Rowan Berry Box, or an After Dark Box, it will be posted out once those items are ready. If you need something quickly, I recommend placing a separate order.

Postage is free for orders over £50. For all other orders postage is £2.95 for up to 750g or £3.95 for up to 2kg and £4.95 for anything heavier.

Upgrade to Tracked 24 for £5.95.

We typically post orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there postage may take 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class) as standard or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 if you are in a hurry.

Postage is never free but to say a big thank you, we will pay for your postage if you spend over £50.

Currently we post to the following countries: UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

If you live in a different country and would like to place an order, get in touch.

All countries outside of the UK may add import fees and handling charges. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Subscription FAQs

We offer two different subscription boxes. Rowan Berry Box which is monthly and suitable for all and After Dark which is once every three months and for grown-ups only. Get all the information here.

It's a surprise! You can see the current themes by visiting the pages for each box. To get an idea of what sort of items might be included, have a look at our previous boxes.

If you don't like surprises, we add any spare boxes to the website with photos so you can see exactly what you are ordering.

You can update your address, payment details etc at any time by visiting the customer portal. You can also skip a box or cancel your subscription.
