Shipping policy

We use Tracked 48 Royal Mail postage as standard. It usually takes 2 to 5 days for orders to be delivered. If your parcel seems to be taking a long time, please get in touch. Royal Mail do not consider post lost until 15 days after the expected delivery (7 days for Tracked 24). We offer a Royal Mail Tracked 24 upgrade if your parcel is needed urgently.

Your order will be packaged using as little material as possible to avoid waste. We use a combination of recyclable poly mailers, padded envelopes and cardboard mailboxes. We also reuse boxes and packaging we receive from our suppliers. Please reuse or recycle packaging where possible.

We aim to post out orders as soon as possible, often on the same day for orders placed before 12 pm Monday to Friday. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a dispatch email. Royal Mail collects our parcels at 4 pm each day. If there are going to be any delays or an item is out of stock, I will send you an email, so do keep an eye on your inbox just in case.

Rowan Berry Boxes are posted around the 20th of each month. After Dark Boxes are posted around the 15th of January, April, July and October.

Your order can be cancelled up until the point that it has been posted. Get in touch if you need to cancel an order. If your order has already been posted, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it to us within 30 days of dispatch.

Because we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, it is not always possible to add items to an existing order. If you get in touch as soon as possible, we’ll be happy to help, but please note that if the order has already been posted, we won’t be able to make any changes. In this case, the easiest way to add items is to create a new order.
