This lettering beginner set is the perfect place to start if you wish to try modern calligraphy. It includes everything you need to get started with brush lettering, dip pen calligraphy or both. I have worked with two amazing hand letterers to bring you their top tips and favourite supplies to get you started.

Suitable for older children and adults. The nib is sharp and ink can be messy so supervision is recommended.

Items arrived late

This is an updated review- the items arrived 2 weeks late but that was due to Royal Mail back log. They had been sent on time by Under the Rowan Tree. Danielle also kept in touch throughout the process to see if the order had arrived. She also had a contingency plan had it been lost entirely. Customer service was excellent despite Christmas pressures. It’s just unfortunate that we were let down by Royal Mail. The items themselves are lovely and well appreciated by my daughter.
Precious review: The advent calendar and other items have still not arrived. I have had to look around for an alternative for my daughter at the last minute and at an additional cost. I am hugely disappointed with the service.

Postage is never free but to say a big thank you, we will pay for your postage if you spend over £50. Spend £100+ and we'll upgrade you to Tracked 24!

Shipping is free for orders over £50. For all other orders shipping is £2.95 for up to 750g, £3.95 for up to 2kg or £4.95 for up to 4kg.

Upgrade to Tracked 24 for £5.95.

Answer to help your customers feel more comfortable completing their purchase.

We typically post orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there shipping may take 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 if you are in a hurry.

We aim to post out orders as soon as possible, often on the same day Monday to Friday. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a dispatch email. Royal Mail collect our parcels at 4 pm each day. If there are going to be any delays or an item is out of stock, I will send you an email so do keep an eye on your inbox just in case.

If your order includes a Rowan Berry Box, or an After Dark Box, it will be posted out once those items are ready. If you need something quickly, I recommend placing a separate order.
