Postage is never free but to say a big thank you, we will pay for your postage if you spend over £50.
Shipping is free for orders over £50. For all other orders Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage is £2.95 for up to 750g, £3.95 for up to 2kg or £4.95 for up to 4kg.
Upgrade to Tracked 24 from £3.95.
We typically post orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there shipping may take 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 if you are in a hurry.
We aim to post out orders as soon as possible, often on the same day Monday to Friday. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a dispatch email. Royal Mail collect our parcels at 4 pm each day. If there are going to be any delays or an item is out of stock, I will send you an email so do keep an eye on your inbox just in case.
If your order includes a Rowan Berry Box, or an After Dark Box, it will be posted out once those items are ready. If you need something quickly, I recommend placing a separate order.
