Royal Mail Tracked 48 postage is included in the cost of your box.
Your order will be posted around the 20th of each month, ready for you to use the following month.

Postage may take 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 if you can't wait.

If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will renew on the first of each month (or every 3, 6 or 12 months). One-time purchases and gift subscriptions do not renew.
Feeling overloaded with stationery, going on holiday, or just don't fancy the next theme? You can skip a box easily by logging into your account.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns of individual items unless they are damaged. Why not pass them on to a friend who enjoy a surprise stationery gift?

Absolutely loved my first Rowan Berry Box. The Fishermancore box was super cute and great value for money.
What I love about the subscription boxes are getting to try the pieces I would never buy myself. My latest favourite piece is the gorgeous glass dip pen. What a revelation. I can finally use all of the little coloured inks I’ve collected. Too hard to keep changing the ink in a proper pen so I only used them with paint brushes. This pen is so wonderfully easy to change between inks and has a lovely fine edge on one side and a flatter edge on the other. Just brilliant. I look forward to my box every month and can’t wait to discover more!
I bought the sub box as it was sold as having a ‘tea” theme and was stationery related. It was therefore disappointing to open the box - 3 teabags (not stationery), 4 cardboard coasters (also not stationery), half a dozen floral themed papers (no tea in sight), 2 sticker sheets with only one being tea-themed, a rather cheap looking washi tape, a pen and a small notepad.
I won’t be buying a sub box again.

I'm sorry you were disappointed by your Tea Time Rowan Berry Box. I'm a little confused by your comments that the tea wasn't stationery and the stationery didn't have enough tea. All of the images on the stickers and papers are of leaves and flowers used to make tea. Our washi tapes are printed especially for us and are of excellent quality. I'm sorry you thought that it looked cheap. Perhaps the surprise element of the box is not a good match for you. Danielle

I journal to help plan my work, hobbies and general life stuff. Having a new box every month helps me to keep it up and experiment with new styles. I wouldn't be without it!

Absolutely LOVE this Rowan Berry Box as it was book-themed and ideal for my journaling.
Pleasantly surprised. I know quality will not be an issue with Rowantree's products so high quality stickers, paper, washi as expected. Beautiful designs though slightly paler colours than I'd usually choose. Biggest pleasant surprise was a Jinhao fountain pen (EF), with cartridges and a converter. I love it. (Own ink in pic)
