Postage is never free but to say a big thank you, we will pay for your postage if you spend over £50.

Shipping is free for orders over £50. For all other orders shipping is £2.95 for up to 750g, £3.95 for up to 2kg or £4.95 for large, heavy parcels.

Upgrade to Tracked 24 for £5.95.

We typically post orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there shipping may take 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class) as standard or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 if you are in a hurry.

We aim to post out orders as soon as possible, often on the same day Monday to Friday. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a dispatch email. Royal Mail collect our parcels at 4 pm each day. If there are going to be any delays or an item is out of stock, I will send you an email so do keep an eye on your inbox just in case.

If your order includes a pre-order (e.g. Rowan Berry Box, After Dark or an Advent), your order will be split and other items posted immediately and the pre-order will be posted out once those items are ready.
