Really disappointed by the highlighters

I love Legami erasable pens which is why I bought the highlighters. However, I'm really disappointed by the highlighters.

They don't erase well at all. They leave colour behind as well as making the paper bobbly. In addition, a couple of them feel as though they are dried out and don't give much colour.

I wanted to use them at work but due to the poor quality, I won't be able to. Definitely would not recommend these. This does not reflect on Under the Rowan Trees, as they have given excellent service.

I'm so sorry that the pack of highlighters you received wasn't up to the usual standard we all expect from Legami, and also really pleased this hasn't put you off shopping with Legami or us in the future. We will be checking the rest of this batch very carefully!
