Dopamine Stationery

As a neurodivergent stationery lover, I constantly seek dopamine with my choices of notebooks and pens. It's not just about creating the illusion of control and organisation but also choosing products that satisfy my needs. If a pen can multi-task as a fidget toy, or if the cover of a journal is lovely to touch I'm much more likely to use them. Even better if a planner has pockets for storage and a pen loop to help me to keep everything together. Stationery that gives us a dopamine boost is about much more than just bright colours.
