Postage on us when you spend £50+

These miniature containers are perfect for storing your inky reservoirs and tips on the go. Their airtight lids prevent any spills, and you can even fit up to three reservoirs inside. Just be aware that colors may mix if you're not careful, but you can always use separate containers. Each pack comes with 3 containers, giving you enough space for up to 9 reservoirs. The Lumos Pro - Reservoir Containers are designed for smaller reservoirs (42mm in length), while the Lumos Single - Reservoir Containers are ideal for longer ones (85mm in length).

Postage is never free but to say a big thank you, we will pay for your postage if you spend over £50. Spend £100+ and we'll upgrade you to Tracked 24!

Shipping is free for orders over £50. For all other orders shipping is £2.95 for up to 750g, £3.95 for up to 2kg or £4.95 for up to 4kg.

Upgrade to Tracked 24 for £5.95.

Answer to help your customers feel more comfortable completing their purchase.

We typically post orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there shipping may take 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 if you are in a hurry.

We aim to post out orders as soon as possible, often on the same day Monday to Friday. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a dispatch email. Royal Mail collect our parcels at 4 pm each day. If there are going to be any delays or an item is out of stock, I will send you an email so do keep an eye on your inbox just in case.

If your order includes a Rowan Berry Box, or an After Dark Box, it will be posted out once those items are ready. If you need something quickly, I recommend placing a separate order.
