Postage is never free but to say a big thank you, we will pay for your postage if you spend over £50. Spend over £100 and we'll used Tracked 24!

Postage is free for orders over £50. For all other orders Tracked 48 postage is £2.95 for up to 1kg or upgrade to Tracked 24 for £3.95 for up to 1kg.

We typically post orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there Tracked 48 is usually delivered in 2-3 business days and Tracked 24 in 1-2 business days. We use Royal Mail to post all of our parcels.

We aim to post out orders as soon as possible, often on the same day Monday to Friday. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a dispatch email. Royal Mail collect our parcels at 4 pm each day. If there are going to be any delays or an item is out of stock, I will send you an email so do keep an eye on your inbox just in case.

If your order includes a Rowan Berry Box, or an After Dark Box, it will be posted out once those items are ready. If you need something quickly, I recommend placing a separate order.
