Help centre

Postage is included in the cost of your box. If you want to add extra items, to be posted with your box it will be £2.95 or £5.95 for Tracked 24.

Your order will be posted when the subscription boxes are ready.

Usually around the 20th of each month.

Keep an eye on your inbox for a dispatch email.

Postage may take 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 if you can't wait.

If you include other items as well as a Rowan Berry Box, it will be posted out once those items are ready. If you need something quickly, I recommend placing a separate order.

If you order an After Dark Box at the same time, check the postage date. You might have to wait up to three months. I'm not that patient!
