Its fine round nib releases highly opaque liquid chalk, allowing for reliable writings and markings, even in smaller areas. It is available in 20 colours and offers a broad selection for creating on smooth surfaces like blackboards, mirrors and glass. This edding is not only suitable for creative crafting at home, but also a favourite tool for businesses like restaurants, bars or the glass industry.

The colours create clean lines on surfaces, yet are easily removable with a damp cloth. And with a broad selection of colours, the edding 4085 chalk marker offers options as versatile as the purposes it is used for.

  • Chalk marker for non-permanent designing, decorating and writing on non-porous surfaces, e.g. windows, dark boards, glass, plexiglas® and mirrors
  • The round nib has a stroke width of 1-2 mm
  • The opaque, water-based liquid chalk with a neutral smell can be wiped off virtually all non-porous surfaces with a damp cloth

Top Tips

  • Shake the marker with the cap on
  • Remove the cap
  • Pump the marker with the nib downwards on e.g. a piece of scrap paper
  • Carefully pump it up and down until ink fills the nib
  • For sensitive materials (e.g. plexiglas®), we advise testing in an inconspicuous area beforehand
  • Store horizontally

Help!

Postage is never free but to say a big thank you, we will pay for your postage if you spend over £50.

Shipping is free for orders over £50. For all other orders shipping is £2.95 for up to 750g, £3.95 for up to 2kg or £4.95 for up to 4kg.

Upgrade to Tracked 24 for £5.95.

We typically post orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there shipping may take 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 if you are in a hurry.

We aim to post out orders as soon as possible, often on the same day Monday to Friday. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a dispatch email. Royal Mail collect our parcels at 4 pm each day. If there are going to be any delays or an item is out of stock, I will send you an email so do keep an eye on your inbox just in case.

If your order includes a Rowan Berry Box, or an After Dark Box, it will be posted out once those items are ready. If you need something quickly, I recommend placing a separate order.
