Winsor & Newton Inks have been used by illustrators since their introduction in the 1890s when the main requirement was the brilliance of colour. Today they are formulated from a series of soluble dyes in a superior shellac solution. These inks can be applied with a brush, dip pen or airbrush and are widely used by designers calligraphers and artists as well as illustrators. All colours in the Winsor & Newton line of Drawing Inks are fully inter-mixable and they are easily diluted (with distilled water). Fast drying and water resistant they have excellent adhesion on most surfaces.

Not for use with fountain pens.

Postage is never free but to say a big thank you, we will pay for your postage if you spend over £50. Spend £100+ and we'll upgrade you to Tracked 24!

Shipping is free for orders over £50. For all other orders shipping is £2.95 for up to 750g, £3.95 for up to 2kg or £4.95 for up to 4kg.

Upgrade to Tracked 24 for £5.95.

Answer to help your customers feel more comfortable completing their purchase.

We typically post orders out within 1-2 business days of ordering. From there shipping may take 3-5 business days. We use Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard or you can upgrade to Tracked 24 if you are in a hurry.

We aim to post out orders as soon as possible, often on the same day Monday to Friday. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive a dispatch email. Royal Mail collect our parcels at 4 pm each day. If there are going to be any delays or an item is out of stock, I will send you an email so do keep an eye on your inbox just in case.

If your order includes a Rowan Berry Box, or an After Dark Box, it will be posted out once those items are ready. If you need something quickly, I recommend placing a separate order.
