In order to make progress towards our goals, it is important to reflect on what we have achieved so far. This digital file has two pages: a 2019 reflection planner and a 2020 goal planner.
Use the reflection planner to think about your achievements over the last year. Include memorable experiences and positive outcomes as well as things for which you are greatful.
On the other side, set your goals for 2020. Try to break them down into short term, medium term and long term. Why not go for a BHAG (big hair arse goal) to push you out of your comfort zone.
